I fell in love with music at such a young age
The instruments brought soul to my ears and grabbed my attention
As if I wasn’t suppose to be doing! What I was doing at that time
I always like to listen to what ever I’m feeling at that moment
I grew up listening to go-go music and hard core rap
It wasn’t until my adult years did I actually take music to another level
I performed in local talent shows in elementary school
That was fun to me bringing a visual to the words
And now I write songs on what I feel and or how I feel
Expressing things I’ve seen or done in the past headed toward change
I would say I’ve grown a passion for the instruments of its own expression
My words can only compliment the instrumentals as I simply
Place paint on a canvas well that’s how I see it
Music has become a great part of my life
And I thank the lord for all the things he’s done for me
