In the midst of the nations murder capital, buried deep in the harsh and talent hidden streets of Washington DC, emerged a lyricist who hungered for the return of true rap music. Carlos Mack found his inspiration for rap by admiring some of the music industry's most influential and legendary rap artists; Big Daddy Kane, Kool-G-Rap, LL Cool J, Tribe Called Quest, Special Ed, Biz Markie, and Rakim just name a few. "They are lyrical, not just rappers...they believed in what they’re saying-it wasn't just about money or stardom."

Growing up Carlos was heavily into sports mostly football and boxing, however his love for rap outweighed them both and he started his first rap group; naming himself, Chete (Machete) along with his best friend Rocko as the DJ, they joined together to become Ghetto Code. Carlos's recognition began when Ghetto Code would take over various local and school talent shows bringing audiences to their feet.

At only fourteen years old, Carlos changed his name to Loose Cannon, teamed up with JAH, Petty, and manager/producer E-Class; together they formed the group Beast Coast. For many years Beast Coast traveled both the East and West Coasts entering in many talent showcases and performing in a multitude of nightclubs. Eventually Beast Coast fell due to lack of funding and personal roadblocks.

In spite of it all Carlos stayed motivated and determined to continue to pursue his dreams; he changed his name from Loose Cannon to Hella Grief aka Mob Barlee, to represent his many struggles and lessons learned. Hella Grief collaborated with his cousin Big Hood and became the CO-CEO/Artist of the H.A.G. (Hood Affiliated Gangstas) Family.

Hella Grief's aka Mob Barlee's hunger began to outshine the group and he decided, "If you want something this bad the only way to achieve it is going at it full force yourself. You have to knock down your own doors and put yourself out there."

Based on that decision, Hella Grief aka Mob Barlee along with Jerome Williams his childhood friend founded and established a record label based out of Washington, DC. Jerome became the Co-CEO, Carlos became the CEO and first artist featured on the RUDEBOYZ OFFICIAL ENTERTAINMENT, LLC label.

Hella Grief's aka Mob Barlee's mission entails giving Washington, DC the recognition it deserves, while becoming the most successful artist and label to come from his hometown. He began accomplishing this mission by creating the first RUDEBOYZ OFFICIAL ENTERTAINMENT, LLC project ‘Grief Stricken’ where he describes the heartbreaking, gut clenching realities about growing up and how to survive in the treacherous streets of Washington D.C.

RUDEBOYZ OFFICIAL ENTERTAINMENT, LLC is currently promoting its label with solo projects from Hella Grief aka Mob Barlee, featuring its members who include, Hella Grief aka Mob Barlee, Elijah Law, and producer Big Ken.
